12 hard-boiled eggs peeled
½ cup Sabra Classic Hummus or flavor or your choice
2 tablespoons lemon juice
2 teaspoons olive oil
2 tablespoons za’atar
Slice eggs in half lengthwise and removing yolks to a medium bowl and placing the egg white shells on a large platter to assemble.
Add Sabra Classic Hummus, lemon juice and olive oil to the egg yolks and mash together with a fork until creamy and smooth.
Scoop a tablespoon full of the mixture into each egg white half (or use a piping bag if you’re feeling fancy.)
Sprinkle with za’atar before serving.
